Inprocess Swing Arm Grinding Gauge for Spline Diameter:

The special Spline diameter gauging caliper ensures smooth and accurate gauging of spline diameter. Smoothing agents may be required depending on parts. The Spline Caliper is special for specific diameters. After the work piece isloaded on the machine and the operation cycle is started the wheel head advances towards the work piece. The measuring head and caliper assembly is loaded on the component manually for measurement and control. The measured values are transmitted tothe controller for coarse, fine, sparkout and wheel retraction.

Electronic In-Process Grinding Gauge - Table Mounted Type (TMG-01)

This Inprocess gauge is suitable for grinding of uninterrupted external diameters. It measures the part during grinding and gives the machine the necessary information for grinding cycle. The measured values are transmitted to the controller for coarse, fine, sparkout and wheel retraction. The result is higher precision, productivity and reliablity of the process. Inprocess gauge composition consist of a measuring head, an electronic amplifier-controller with microprocessor for CNC machines. it is possible to install this gauge on all cylindrical grinding machines.
